This is a very small pietersite pendant. The crystalline structure of the stone catches and throws light everywhere. This one has patches that light up when you turn the stone, very much like a patchwork quilt. It is a very small pendant, but it definitely speaks loudly. And it is always talking! This is a great conversation starter: its colors are muted so they go with most outfits, which is a plus.
Pendant is 1 inch tall by 3/8 of an inch wide. Bail is a simple tendril and will hold a medium sized chain. Bail is not soldered closed but is strong enough for all but abuse. Silver has been blackened and brought back to a high shine and blends well with the stone. This pietersite stone is 4 ct. and is from Namibia.
All parts are handmade by me, Creative Eddy, using tarnish resistant Sterling silver sheet and wire. Stamped Heart’s Desire and sterling on the back of the pendant.
