Sterling Silver and Iolite Sunstone Brutalist Sea Turtle Pendant

Description

This is a baby sea Turtle against an Iolite Sea. The genuine gemstone is midnight dark with just a hint of violet in the blue. When the light hits it just right, the stone comes alive with color and shows off the sunstone it is hiding deep within. The bail holds a deep purple Genuine Amethyst cab to complement the range of color within the Iolite Sea stone. The Iolite stone is translucent and lets light into it for yet another aspect of this fascinating stone. It has many moods, just like the Ocean Herself.

All bits were handmade by me using Sterling Silver sheet and wire. Bail is stamped Heart’s Desire and Sterling on the back. Pendant was blackened and brought back up to a high shine to bring out the details.
